Your written notification must include all of the following:

Your full contact information including name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and occupation if relevant
The exact content you believe is defamatory along with its location on the site. Copy and paste the content directly into your message when possible
A clear explanation of why the statement is false and how it harms you
A good faith statement, submitted under penalty of perjury, confirming that everything you provided is accurate and true

Repeat Infringers

We take repeat violations seriously. When circumstances call for it, we disable and terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe on the rights of others.
